Approximate Number of Students - Note: Minimum of 5 students and group size limit of 50. If your group is larger, please give more information in the notes below.

We require 1 chaperone for every 10 students. Please indicate how many chaperones will be along for the visit.

Would you like to add lunch to your visit? Note: Lunch is only available by request. Northwestern is happy to provide lunch at no cost for 9-12th grade visiting groups. Groups in grades 6-8 will be responsible for 50% of the lunch cost, elementary schools are responsible for 100% of lunch cost.

If the group coordinator will not attend the visit, please provide the name and phone number of a chaperone we can reach on the day of the visit.

Please select which day of the week you would like to visit. We have two openings per week, one on Tuesday and one on Thursday. Visits begin at 9:15 AM

Do you have a specific date in mind?

If you need to visit on a different weekday, please share your reasoning below. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday group visits can not be guaranteed as they are high demand visit days.
